Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Showoo (“we”, “us”) for using the Showoo website and app. By creating an account or using Showoo you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Showoo.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it and how ads measurement works.

• You need to be old enough to make a binding agreement where you live.
• One person per account. Keep your password private: you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Each verified email address gets the 10 sign-up credits once. We keep a scrambled record of the addresses that have received them, even after an account is deleted, so they can’t be claimed twice.
• We may hold back sign-up or invite credits when sign-ups look automated or repeated.

Upload only photos you own or are allowed to use, of products you sell or have permission to advertise. Before a storyboard starts, you confirm this with the ownership tick on the product check.

Your photos stay yours. You let us store and process them, including through the AI services our video engine uses, only to make your storyboards and videos and to run Showoo.

We check every photo first. We may decline a photo or a product we can’t make an ad for, for example when the product isn’t clear or it breaks section 8.

Storyboards, presenters, voices and videos are made by AI from your photos and choices, so results depend on your photos. We check each storyboard and video against your product photo for its label, colour and shape, but AI can still get a detail wrong. Watch every video before you post it.

• The lines in your script must be true about your product. We check each line: a blocked line can’t be saved, and a flagged line needs your tick confirming the lines are true and yours to make. You are responsible for the claims in your ads.
• Presenters and creators in Showoo videos are AI characters, not real people. Don’t present them as real customers or real reviews.
• Videos carry an “AI-generated” label, and 8-second videos carry a Showoo watermark until you remove it. When you post, follow each platform’s rules for declaring AI-generated content.

Credits pay for videos. Your balance is the sum of every credit added and spent, and your account page lists each one.

• Full videos: the credits are held while the video renders. Keep charges the hold. Not for me returns it. If you decide neither within 14 days, the hold is released and the credits come back; we email you a reminder on day 7. A video that fails our quality check releases its hold too.
• The first 3 full-video renders on each project are held, and you only pay for the one you keep. From the 4th render on a project, or once you have 3 renders you didn’t keep across your account in 7 days, a render’s credits are taken when it starts and given back if it can’t be finished.
• If a job fails, the credits it used come back automatically.
• Credits have no cash value. They can’t be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.

Credit packs: Single, 25 credits for $19; Creator, 100 credits for $59; Brand, 400 credits for $199. Prices are in US dollars. Credits from a pack work like any other credits.

You can also earn more credits by inviting friends from your account page.

• You can use the videos you keep to advertise your products on any platform. We don’t claim ownership of them.
• Styles and templates are shared, so another seller’s video may look similar to yours.
• A share link lets anyone with it watch the watermarked preview. It never shows your name or email, and it expires after 30 days.
• You can email yourself download links up to 3 times per video per day.

Don’t use Showoo to make or post:

• Ads for products you can’t legally sell, or that break the ad rules of the platform you post on.
• False or misleading claims, including health, medical or money promises you can’t back up.
• Other brands’ logos, or real people’s faces or voices, without their permission.
• Hateful, harassing, sexual or violent content.

Don’t try to break, overload or copy Showoo, or collect credits through extra accounts or self-invites. We may stop jobs, remove videos, take back credits gained this way, or close accounts that break these rules.

• Your projects, photos and videos are kept for 90 days after your last visit, then deleted. Download anything you want to keep.
• Drafts that never got a storyboard are deleted after 7 days.

Showoo is a new service. We may change, pause or stop features and styles. When demand is high, new work waits in a queue and we email you when it’s ready.

Showoo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for sales, ad spend or other losses connected with videos you post. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law where you live gives you and doesn’t allow to be removed.

You can delete your account from your account page after entering your password again (or signing in with Google again). Credits on hold are released first. Then your account, projects and remaining credits are deleted, and unused credits can’t be recovered.

We keep the sign-up record described in section 2 and anything the law requires us to keep.

Showoo is run by Showoo (draftlabs.org).
