What we hold ourselves to

Your product stays your product
Every storyboard and video is checked against your product photo for its label, colour and shape before you see it. You confirm what we read from the label before anything is made.
AI is labelled as AI
Everything Showoo makes is AI-generated and says so. Videos carry an AI-generated label, and the example photos on this site are marked as AI-generated too.
You pay for what you keep
A new account starts with 10 credits, enough for your first 8-second video. A full 15-second video holds 20 credits while it renders and is only charged when you keep it. If a render fails, the credits come back on their own.
Your files are kept, then removed
Your photos, storyboards and videos are kept for 90 days after your last visit. Drafts you never finish are removed after 7 days.
Ad measurement is your choice
We use TikTok and Meta pixels to measure our own ads. Turn that off at any time in Ads measurement. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat it as off.
