You have one balance. Confirming your email when you sign up adds 10 credits, once per email address, which covers one 8-second video. Deleting your account and signing up again with the same email does not add them a second time.

Your balance, credits on hold and every change to them are listed on your account page.

When you make a full video, we set its credits aside while it renders: 20 for 15 seconds, 40 for 30 seconds. You watch the watermarked preview, then choose.

Keep spends the held credits and opens your downloads. Not for me returns them to your balance. If the video fails our quality check, the credits come back on their own. If you don’t choose within 14 days, they come back too, and we email you a reminder on day 7.

Your first 3 renders in each project are charged only when you keep them, so you only pay for the one you keep.

From the 4th render in a project, or once you have 3 renders you haven’t kept in the last 7 days, a render’s credits are taken when it starts and given back if it can’t be finished.

Every spend is refunded automatically when the job can’t be finished, and we email you to say so. You don’t need to ask.

Invite a friend from your account page. You get 5 credits when their first storyboard is ready. Invites from the same network, from disposable email addresses or to yourself don’t earn credits.

Credit packs are Single 25 credits for $19, Creator 100 credits for $59, Brand 400 credits for $199. When something needs more credits than you have, Showoo shows the packs next to your invite link.

One to three photos of your product, its name and where you sell it. Clear, well lit photos that show the front label work best.

We read the label, colours and shape from your photos, and you confirm them on the product check before the storyboard starts. Every storyboard and video is checked against your photo before you see it. Results depend on your photos.

It depends on the length and how busy we are. You can close the page: we email you when your storyboard or video is ready, and your project keeps its progress.

When we reach our daily limit, new storyboards and videos wait in a queue and start after the limit resets at midnight UTC. We email you when yours is ready.

Yes. Open Edit script on a storyboard to change the spoken line and caption for each beat. Captions can be up to 32 characters.

We check each line before saving it. An amber flag means it may break ad rules and is worth a second look; a red block means it can’t be saved. Before you continue, you confirm the lines are true and yours to make.

The 8-second video is 720p and carries a Showoo watermark until you remove it for 3 credits.

Full videos are 15 or 30 seconds in 9:16, with 4:5 and 1:1 crops for feeds. After you keep one, you can download each size or all of them at once, or have the links emailed to you.

Yes. Previews in Showoo and on share links carry an AI-generated label. When you post, turn on the platform’s AI-generated content label for the video.

Your projects and files are kept for 90 days after your last visit. Draft projects are removed after 7 days.

Anyone with the link sees a watermarked preview with an AI-generated label. The page never shows your name or email. Share links can expire; an expired link says so.

Open your account page and choose Delete account. You confirm with your password, or by signing in with Google again. Any credits on hold are released first, then your account and projects are removed.

Use the switch under Ads measurement in our privacy policy, the switch on your account page, or Opt out in the footer. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat measurement as off.
