The short version
- Your product photos, storyboards and videos are private to your account. Nobody else sees them unless you share a video link.
- We use your photos only to make your storyboards and videos. We don't sell your data.
- Ads measurement tells TikTok and Meta when someone who saw our ads signs up. You can turn it off below, and it is always off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
- You can delete your account and everything in it from your account page.
Who we are
Showoo is the service on this website that turns product photos into video ads. It is run by Showoo (draftlabs.org). In this policy, “we” means Showoo and “you” means anyone who visits the site or has an account.

What we collect
- Account details: your email address, your name if you give one, how you sign in (email and password, or Google), and your credit balance and history.
- What you upload and make: product photos, the product details we read from them and you confirm, your briefs and script lines, storyboards and videos.
- How you found us: the page you landed on, campaign tags in the link (utm), ad click IDs from Google, TikTok, Meta or Reddit, the invite code if a friend invited you, your browser’s user agent, and whether you opened Showoo inside an app such as TikTok or Instagram.
- A one-way hash of your IP address and of your email address. A hash can’t be turned back into the address. We use it to stop one person claiming sign-up credits many times.
- What you do in Showoo: pages you view and steps such as starting a project, viewing a storyboard and choosing a credit pack.
- Emails we send you and the replies you send us.
We don’t collect or store payment card details.
How we use it
- To make your storyboards and videos and to check them against your product photo.
- To run your account: credits, credits on hold, refunds, invites, and emails such as “Your storyboard is ready”.
- To keep Showoo fair and working: limiting sign-up credits per person and per network, spotting invite abuse, and fixing errors.
- To learn what works: counting visits, sign-ups and the credit packs people choose, so we can make Showoo better.
- To measure our ads on TikTok and Meta, only while ads measurement is on (see below).

When ads measurement is on, the TikTok pixel and the Meta pixel load in your browser, and our servers tell TikTok and Meta when a visitor from their ads signs up or reaches a key step. That message can include the ad click ID and a hashed copy of your email address. They use it to report how our ads perform and to show our ads to similar people.
When it is off, neither pixel loads and our servers send TikTok and Meta nothing about this browser. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, measurement is off and stays off.
Your choice is saved in this browser. If you are signed in, it is saved to your account too.
How long we keep it
- Projects, with their photos, storyboards and videos, are deleted after 90 days without activity. Drafts you never finish are deleted after 7 days.
- A project where you chose a credit pack is kept past those limits, together with that choice.
- Shared video links stop working when they expire.
- Your account stays until you delete it. Deleting it removes your projects, files and profile, after releasing any credits on hold.
- After deletion we keep a one-way hash of your email address, so the 10 sign-up credits go to each email address only once.
- Records of which credit packs were chosen are kept with no link to you.
Your choices
- Turn ads measurement off in Ads measurement, with the Opt out link at the bottom of every page, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
- See your credit history, change your password or delete your account on your account page.
- Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, through Help & contact.
- If you are in Malaysia, these include your rights to access and correct your data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

When this policy changes we update the date at the top, and we email you about changes that affect your account.
